FAQ:Answers about Coronavirus and Blood DonationLearn More

RIBC has partnered with Pariseault Builders to collect donations for veterans in need through Operation Stand Down. From March 1 through March 24 all six of our donor center locations will have a bin for donations.

We are looking for non-perishables such as canned meats, pastas, oatmeal, soups, pasta sauces, rice and shelf milk. As well as hygeine products such as shampoo, razors, soap, conditioner, body wash, and feminine items.

The goal is to fill a Pariseault Builder's box truck with donated items that our veterans really need and they will bring that box truck to Operation Stand Down to help them fill their shelves with non-perishable food items and personal hygeine products for Rhode Island Veterans in need.

Double your kindness and help our veterans. All of the blood used to help veterans at the VA hopsital comes from Rhode Island Blood Center. Schedule an appointment today to donate blood and drop off your donation.

If you have questions about your eligibility to donate, we encourage you to email our medical team at medicalstaff@ribc.org. They can also be reached by phone at 401-453-8383.
